For our 1-year anniversary, the hotel offered great decor and atmosphere in the rooms with the smallest lake view of the Kleine Haus. Despite some service issues, the location was convenient for exploring Big Bear and the Village.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious with a big bed, couch, and all the amenities I needed, including a small refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the village and close to various attractions in the area. However, the service was a bit lacking in hospitality and attention to detail.
The hotel's rooms were awesome and very up to date, with a spacious layout and nice amenities like the hot tub. While some areas needed a bit more dusting, the overall cleanliness and inviting atmosphere made for a comfortable stay. The convenient location near Big Bear Lake attractions was a big plus.
